<description>i am interested in a property which costs $8000, but i will have to pay to have it surveyed. i will have $3000 cash. i have only a savings account at a credit union and they wouldn't even increase my $500 secured credit limit this winter b/c of some overdrafts three years ago. i bring home $1600/month, and after bills have about $700 left. what do you suggest?</description>
